What Is The Art Of Upbringing Program?
Classes were developed for children ages 3-6 and are based on play.
Class involves:
- classical music
- dance improvisation
- literature, poetry
- songs
Course promotes speech development, broadens the vocabulary, multi-dimensional thinking, enriches the emotional intelligence, develops personal qualities for happy and easy life.
The curriculum has been taught for over 30 years.
The following classical music is the basis of the course:
- Saint-Saëns - The Carnival Of The Animals
- Mussorgsky - Pictures At An Exhibition
- Tchaikovsky - The Nutcracker
- Lyadov - 8 Russian Folk Songs
- Vivaldi - The Seasons
- Bizet - Children’s Games
- Grieg - Peer Gynt
- Rimsky-Korsakov - Scheherazade

The class runs with a minimum of 4 children and up to a maximum of 12.
Your child will be placed in a group according to their age as follows:
- 3-4 year-olds
- 5-6 year-olds
1-hour classes run during the academic year on Saturdays at 3:45pm (5-6 year-olds) and at 4:45pm (3-4 year-olds).

Parents are suggested to stay for the duration of the 4:45pm class (3-4 year-olds).

Costs
First class is free.
Session Payments ($22.50 per class)
- Session 1 - $180 (Sep. & Oct., 8 classes)
- Session 2 - $180 (Nov. & Dec., 8 classes)
- Session 3 - $270 (Jan. & Feb. & Mar., 12 classes)
- Session 4 - $270 (Apr. & May & June, 12 classes)
Monthly Payments ($27.50 per class)
- One month - $110 (4 classes)
